da lvbet： James Milner came through the youth system at Leeds United before making his debut at the age of 16.
Milner went on to make 54 appearances for Leeds before leaving Elland Road in the summer of 2004 following their relegation to the Championship.
These days, Milner is starring for a Liverpool side that have hopes of winning the Premier League title this season.
The former England international has been arguably Liverpool’s best player this term, but his current deal with the Reds will expire at the end of next season.
Milner is still regarded as a hero by the majority of Leeds fans, and many are desperate for their club to re-sign the midfielder ahead of the 2019-2020 campaign.
It would be a stunning capture for Marcelo Bielsa’s team when considering just how impressive Milner has been for Liverpool this term.
The midfielder is no spring chicken, however, and Liverpool could be tempted into selling Milner next summer if it made sense for all involved.
